Booking on Portaventura was mostly chill, but the payment part was a bit of a hassle. My card went through in the end, but it took ages to load and I wasn’t sure if it had worked at first. Got the confirmation a few minutes later, so all good, but it was kinda stressful for a sec. Would be nice if they had more payment options too. Not bad overall, just needs to be smoother

It was okay overall, but I did get a little confused at times because there weren’t enough announcements in English. I can usually figure things out easily, but clearer English updates would’ve made the experience a lot smoother.

Tickets aren’t exactly cheap, and I definitely noticed that when the confirmation email and receipt came through, but it felt fair for what we got. We spent the whole day there and managed to go on loads of rides, so by the end it felt worth it. The food inside is pricey though, so I’d probably bring some snacks next time.

We stayed at one of the PortAventura hotels it was better than I thought it would be. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and the pool area was really nice after a long day at the park. Breakfast had loads of options too, so nobody was moaning in the morning. The staff were friendly and everything felt easy with the kids, which doesnt always happen on holiday. Id definitely stay again.

Had a really good day at PortAventura. We got a bit turned around a couple of times and asked staff for help, and they were all really friendly and patient. I usually wonder if people are just being nice because they have to be, or because they’re trying to rush you along, but it didn’t feel like that here. Everyone we spoke to seemed genuinely happy to help, which made the whole visit a lot easier and more relaxed.

Booking was straightforward overall, which was nice. The only thing is the payment step took a little longer than I expected. I’d be curious if others had the same experience or if it was just on my end.

We spent the day at Caribe Aquatic Park and we had a really good time. The pools were clean, the slides were fun, and there was plenty of space to just sit and relax when we needed a break. The lockers and showers were easy to use too, which always makes the day easier. Food was a bit pricey, but that’s normal for places like this. The staff were friendly, the kids loved it, and overall it was just a really fun day. We’d definitely go again.

I went with my family and the kids had a great time. There was plenty to see and do, so they stayed excited most of the day. That said, the queues were really long, and finding a quiet spot to take a breather was harder than I expected. The food was expensive too. Overall it was a nice day out, but with small children it felt more stressful than it needed to be, and some of that seemed preventable.

I used this app during our trip, mostly for maps and checking times, and it did help with the basics. I’ll admit I was a little worried it might be one of those apps that looks useful but ends up making things more confusing, so I was watching for that the whole time.
It was slow often, and it crashed once while I was trying to check queue times, which was frustrating in the middle of walking around the park. Some of the buttons also weren’t super obvious on mobile. Overall, it’s okay and not useless, but it definitely needs to be smoother before I’d fully trust it.

Super easy to add Ferrari Land. Glad we did. The kids had the best time. Rides, cars, all of it. Made the day even better.

Drove there. Parking was easy in the morning. Signs were clear, and we found a spot without much hassle. The car park is huge though. Definitely remember where you parked. Price was a bit steep, but yeah, theme park prices. Leaving at closing was the annoying part. Traffic was super slow. Overall, fine

I had to cancel our booking at the last minute and thought it might be a hassle, but it was actually really simple. Customer service got back to me quickly, and the refund showed up sooner than I expected. Really useful service and I’m glad they made the whole thing so easy.

I really appreciated how easy the wheelchair access was around the park. We trusted our instincts and asked staff for the best routes, and they were super helpful without making it feel like a big deal. Guest support was patient when we needed information too. Overall, it made the whole day feel a lot less stressful.

Loved the Halloween vibes everywhere. It just made the whole place feel so fun and festive. Definitely put me in the spooky season mood

The food was really tasty, and I did enjoy it. That said, it’s definitely not cheap. Part of me feels like they know people will pay more because it looks nice or has a bit of hype around it. I’d probably go back, but not too often unless I felt like treating myself.

We mostly went for the rides, but the shows were a really nice surprise. The music was good, the dancers had tons of energy, and everything was just really fun to watch. The kids enjoyed it too, and it was a nice break between waiting in lines.

Went to PortAventura World with my family i felt safe the whole day. The security check at the entrance was quick but still felt thorough, and I noticed staff keeping an eye on the queues and ride areas. Before each ride, the safety checks were clear and not rushed, which made a big difference. My kids were relaxed too, and my small win for the day was that I didn’t spend the whole time worrying like I usually do in busy places. Even with a lot of people around, everything felt organized and under control. Really nice to see they take safety seriously.

The bathrooms were dirty and some of the rides looked like they hadn’t been taken care of in a while. For the price you pay to get in, give me a break, basic cleanliness and maintenance shouldn’t be too much to ask.
